ADU Plans are the new thing that is going on right now.  With the expense of building now, more people are adding and Accessory Dwelling Unit to their property for either rental income or having relatives live on the property.

I have designed numerous duplex, triplex and townhouse plans around Albany.

Linn County Parks asked to have a picnic shelter designed.  There are shelters at Roaring River, Waterloo Park and Riverbend.  Go take a look and see the unique design that we came up with.
